Meet the Team

Our white glove treatment is not just for our clientele and patients, but also for our team. Dr. Josh’s goal is to bring together a team that not only loves what they do but is also heard and cherished. He wants his team to be together as a family for many years to come.

This is why we have also focused on building a safe and amazing environment for everyone. Sadly, we tend to see compassion fatigue and excessive work stress with veterinary medical team members. With Isla Veterinary Boutique Hospital, we want to establish a trend where the team is valued as much as our clientele and we strive to think outside the box to offer outstanding care to our team as well. Dr. Josh also supports and promotes an environment where his team pursues continued education and further training. At Isla, we believe in fostering education for our clients as well as having the most competent and confident team possible.

Haley

Lead Client Service Specialist

Hi! My name is Haley and I am so excited to greet you and your fur babies at Isla Veterinary Boutique Hospital! Growing up in Missouri, I cannot remember a time when we did not have a loving pet in our home—whether it be a dog, cat, salamander, sugar glider, etc. --- I was raised to love on animals and have carried that love with me my whole life.

Today I have two 75 lb. fluff balls named Mufasa & Chance. My passion for animals is the reason I am in this field. Since I was a teenager, I have always worked with animals in different jobs such as pet sitter, aquarist, and volunteering at animal shelters.

Working as a client service specialist at Isla Vet gives me the wonderful opportunity to care for not only our furry patients but also our clients! I know what it feels like to be a dog mom and want to make sure you and your pet feel welcomed, safe, and listened to—which I believe makes myself and the rest of our team stand out in this field and will hopefully have you looking forward to your next vet visit! I can’t wait to meet you and your pet!

Paige

Client Service Specialist

Hello! My name is Paige. I am originally from Hagerstown, Maryland. My parents moved down to McKinney, Texas when I was just 3 months old, so I consider myself a Texan. I discovered my passion for the veterinary field early on as a kennel volunteer in middle school and high school. I truly enjoy working with animals of all kinds in whatever capacity is needed.

I am a compassionate, hard worker who wants to make sure that everyone who walks in the door has all of their needs met. My goal is to be able to connect with the clients in a way that they have not experienced before. I believe building memorable relationships with the clients and their pets is so important. I look forward to getting to know all of the fur babies and their owners!

I have three furry babies. Molli and Miller are my cats that are both 5 years old. I also have a blind rat named Tish. I enjoy playing the cello, hiking, camping, swimming, pretty much anything outside.

Olga

Client Service Specialist

My name is Olga. I'm originally from California but ventured to Idaho for a few years and now I am a proud resident of Texas. My reason to be in this field is my love for animals and helping animals live a healthy life.

I strive to see clients return based on my attention to detail and showing my care for their animals as they were my own. I also am very understanding of the loss of a pet, so I find relief in helping comfort the family during this hardship. My strengths are my high energy, patience, and compassion for all types of animals.

I have a 9-year-old German Shepherd and two 2-year-old rescued male cats that I see as family. My hobbies are trying new restaurants, watching movies, karaoke, playing board games, and traveling.
